Its A Strange Case Ms. Reilly.....A Strange Case Indeed

Since its #transformationtuesday #TT we are continuing on with our "29 Days Tell Halloween", we are mixing a few different films up in discussing one of our favorite horror stories. The story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. This story fascinated us as kids and took multiple personality disorder to a whole new level. Unfortunately we feel they still haven't come out with a show or movie that really does the story justice. One of the most well known films to bring forth J + H was in the 1931 with the film Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Since then there have been movies like The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen seen below and Mary Reilly(starring Julia Roberts) about a woman living in the home of Jekyll and Hyde .

Recently there was a modern retelling on NBC called Do No Harm, that sounded promising but unfortunately was cancelled not long after it got started. It focused on Dr. Jason Cole (Steven Pasquale), a successful neurosurgeon with a secret. Every night at 8:25 p.m., and lasting exactly 12 hours, Cole is switched into an alternate, evil personality named Ian Price.

Unfortunately this show just didnt get enough hype to get the ratings needed to stay running.

Let us know what you would like to see in a modern Jekyll and Hyde flik. Would you want them to keep to the origins or have more of a modern twist. Do you want to see a film or TV show. Maybe even a mini-series would be okay.
